Ecuadorian Civic Committee of New Jersey
The Ecuadorian Civic Committee of New Jersey (CCENJ) organizes two emblematic pageants that celebrate Ecuadorian culture and talent in the United States Miss Ecuador New Jersey and Mr. Ecuador USA.

Launched in 2002, this women's pageant aims to select a young woman to represent the Ecuadorian community in the state of New Jersey. The chosen queen participates in prominent events such as the Condor Awards Gala, the Ecuadorian Unity Mass, the Ecuadorian State Parade, and the Ecuadorian Festival. Additionally, she is encouraged to raise funds to support underprivileged individuals in Ecuador during her reign.

Established in 2017, this men's pageant aims to highlight the physical, intellectual, and cultural qualities of young Ecuadorian men living in the U.S. The participants represent various provinces of Ecuador and are presented during a special gala, where they receive their official sashes. The event seeks to promote Ecuador’s cultural traditions and strengthen the bonds between both countries.
We proudly present Queen of the Ecuadorian Civic Committee of New Jersey, a worthy representative of our community, whose elegance, leadership, and commitment reflect the best of our culture. Born in the United States with deep Ecuadorian roots from Cuenca, she embodies the bond between generations and traditions. Through her vocation for service and love for Ecuador, she actively promotes civic values and the rich cultural heritage of our nation, strengthening the ties of identity and pride within our community. We are honored to have her as our Queen and cultural ambassador.
My name is Nayeli Picón, I am 23 years old. I am a proud daughter of Ecuadorian parents, and although I was born in the United States, my heart has always beaten strongly for my roots.
I am a professional model and hold a degree in International Business and Finance. I currently work as a Financial Consultant, specializing in mortgage loans. I am passionate about guiding people through one of the most important steps of their lives: purchasing a home.
I proudly represent the beautiful city of Cuenca, and I dream of showing the world that the true beauty of Ecuadorian women is not only in their appearance, but in their heart for service, humility, and hard work.
I firmly believe in the power of service as a driver of change. This conviction led me to found the Dalia Project, an initiative focused on providing educational opportunities to underprivileged communities in Ecuador. Through charitable campaigns, cultural activities, and social projects, I have had the privilege of positively impacting the lives of many families, especially in rural areas. Nothing fills my heart more than seeing smiles ignited by hope.
As Miss Ecuador New Jersey 2025, I carry this title with joy and commitment, representing an entire community of Ecuadorians living abroad. This crown is not just mine; it belongs to every person who proudly strives to keep their roots, culture, and values alive far from home. For me, it is an opportunity to be a spokesperson for our identity and to show that, no matter the distance, love for our country remains alive in every gesture, every tradition, and every action that honors who we are.
My story has been shaped by a constant desire to grow and to inspire. Today, as a representative of my community and my roots, I proudly carry the responsibility of being a voice for those who are not always heard, and of reminding others that a queen is not only measured by her appearance, but by how she transforms her surroundings.

We proudly present the First Runner-Up of the Ecuadorian Civic Committee of New Jerse, a young woman who stands out for her charisma, elegance, and dedication to service. Born in the United States and heir to deep roots in Cuenca, she proudly represents the identity and values of the Ecuadorian people. Her commitment to the community and her love for Ecuadorian culture make her a symbol of unity, tradition, and leadership. We are proud to have her as a key part of our civic and cultural initiatives.
My name is Jennifer Narváez, a woman of Ecuadorian roots and a heart deeply connected to my country. Although I was born in the United States, I grew up understanding that identity is honored through values, commitment, and love for our roots. Cuenca, Ecuador, represents for me the source of the strength that now guides my path.
During my adolescence, I lived and studied in Ecuador, a period that shaped my life and strengthened my sense of cultural belonging. That experience allowed me to understand that representing Ecuador is a responsibility that must be carried out with integrity, respect, and a dedication to service.
I hold a degree in Nursing, a profession that reflects my commitment to care, empathy, and the well-being of others. Throughout my academic training, I assumed leadership roles that strengthened my character and my desire to serve, understanding that true impact is born when one works with purpose.
Currently, I have the honor of holding the title of Miss World Suprain Ecuador 2025, with which I will represent our country with pride in Peru, carrying not just a sash, but the voice, strength, and essence of Ecuadorian women.
As First Runner-Up Miss Ecuador New Jersey, I carry this title with humility and purpose, aware that every step I take reflects a community striving to keep its roots alive far from home. I represent a generation of Ecuadorian women who balance tradition and progress, sensitivity and strength.
My mission is to inspire, support, and be a voice that encourages others to believe in themselves. I believe that true beauty is expressed through integrity, the ability to help, and the positive impact we leave on those around us. That is the legacy I aspire to build—as a woman, as a professional, and as a representative of Ecuador.

Over the years, the Ecuadorian Civic Committee has had the honor of crowning and recognizing outstanding young women who have proudly represented our culture, values, and traditions.
In this gallery, we pay tribute to our Mr. Ecuador NJ, Mr. Ecuador USA, as well as to the deserving female representatives: Queen of the Committee and First Runner-Up of the Committee.
Each of them has left an indelible mark on our community, demonstrating leadership, commitment, and love for Ecuador.
